The output switch shared by every channel of a timer that has one.

Only the timers carrying a CCHP register implement this: TIMER0, TIMER15, TIMER16, and TIMER14 where the part has it. It sits above the per-channel enables — with it off, the channels stay configured and the counter keeps running while the pins show nothing.
